The protection and restoration of the taiao that embraces and sustains the Hapū of Maungaharuru Tangitū Trust is of paramount importance. To strengthen the Taiao team they seek to appoint a Tātāriki Manu Tāiko (Team Lead) - The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the successful execution of initiatives by providing leadership, overseeing team management and carrying our fieldwork duties. The Team Leader will primarily focus on the He Kāinga Taurikura (Treasured Environment) and Kia Niwha (Strong People) areas, and may also contribute to the Kia rīrā te Pā kai ngā rekereke (Strong Culture, Reo and Marae) focus area as needed.
